Cleaning up the Mkuze River

After the heavy rainfall the last couple of months the Mkuze river had produced loads of rubbish washed down from areas upstream of Zimanga game reserve. Volunteers spent a few afternoons along the Mkuze river cleaning up all the rubbish that included a load of shoes, plastic bags and bottles, a gas cylinder and metal pieces. 4 black bags were filled up on the first cleanup and many more to come.
